It is the fifth highest observation deck in the world. The observatory is located on top of the Lotte World Tower. It is designed with the concept of "The Beauty and Pride of Korea." The Sky Deck on the 118th Floor is the "World's highest glass-floored observation deck" on the Guinness World Record.
The Lotte World Tower is 123 stories and 555 meters high. The tower is also known for the largest, luxurious department store in Korea, Lotte duty free store, a shopping mall, HiMart, Lotte Mart, a Cinema, an aquarium, a concert hall, a 6 stars premium hotel, a high-end and prime office space for rent, residential units and the observatory which stretch across 5 floors.
The Lotte World Tower owns the world's fastest elevator and its swimming pool located on the 85th floor is the world's highest swimming pool in a building. (OMG! WORLD RECORDS!)

Sky Shuttle is an elevator that goes up from the basement 1 to the 117th floor in less than a minute. It is one of the fastest elevators and you won't get bored to ride from the Basement 1 to the 117th floor. You can also listen to a history of how Seoul and the Hangang (Han river) have changed over time.

After less than a minute sky shuttle ride, you will enter in to the Lotte Seoul Sky or Seoul Sky Observatory. You will be able to see the 360-degree panoramic view of Seoul. You will see the Lotte World and Seokchon lake right below the Lotte World Tower. Photo zone is located on this floor
The Sky Deck is one of the popular spots in the Lotte World Tower. You have an opportunity to see the world beneath your feet as you walk across the glass-floored observation deck.
You would have to wait in a line in order to get into the glass-floored observation deck since the area isn't huge. however, you will have enough time to take your Instagram worthy pictures! There's a photo zone which you may able to purchase when exiting.

Sky Terrace will allow you to have some fresh air on the top of the 120F, 483 m high in the sky. You can stay outdoor as long as you wished but standing on the parapet is restricted. Photo zone is located on this floor as well.
Don't miss out to take some gift or souvenirs home. There's variety souvenir options and you will also find an escalator to the lounge on the 123rd floor. There's a Seoul Sky Shop on Basement 1 floor as well.

A small cafe that serves Angel-in-us Coffee and Ice cream is located on this floor. Be aware that there aren't many seats which meant for more take-out coffee and ice-cream.

The admission ticket does not cover the entrance to this lounge. There is no admission fee charged for entrance to the lounge but each guest is expected to get a drink at the lounge. You can enjoy the beautiful view of Seoul on the highest point of the Lotte World Tower.
